IAM Presidential Candidates Forum Monday and Tuesday with Streaming Video
Edwards will be one of five presidential candidates (also includes Hillary Clinton, Dennis Kucinich, Mike Huckabee and Duncan Hunter) who will take part in discussions of key domestic issues before more than 600 representatives of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) on August 27 and 28 at the Disney Yacht and Beach Club in Orlando, FL.
Tuesday, 28 August at 7:30 pm -- Former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards and Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich
The candidate conversations will be moderated by Erin Moriarty of CBS News.
The event will be streamed, live, from the http://www.GOIAM.org web site.
Thanks to Charles (who also once saved my cool Teamsters-Bloggers t-shirt at YearlyKos for which I give him my eternal thanks).

Is there any known reason why Edwards is appearing with Kucinich, whereas other candidates, e.g. Clinton, are being interviewed alone? Edwards and Kucinich will be an interesting contrast, at least.
Edwards has clear and specific ideas about rebuilding America's industrial strength that don't suggest that the U.S. can retreat from globalism. For his part, however, Kucinich seems to favor old-style protectionist strategies of tariffs and withdrawal from international treaties. That sort of "retreating behind the walls" won't work.
UTU endorsed Hillary today....
